September 2, 1945 marks one of the most significant milestones in Vietnam’s history. At Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, proclaiming to the Vietnamese people and the world the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

More than 80 years later, Vietnam’s National Day on September 2 is not only a time for people to rest and reunite with their families, but also an opportunity to reflect on the nation’s historic journey and appreciate the values of independence, peace, and the achievements built by generations.

As Vietnam celebrates the 81st anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026), VAON Vietnam would like to announce the following holiday schedule:

💼 Business resumes: Thursday, September 3, 2026
